Appointments & Punctuality

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for consultation, paperwork, and preparation.

If you arrive 15 minutes late, you may not be seen, and your appointment may be rescheduled. If rescheduling is required, a new booking fee will apply.

Consultations & Bookings

Consultations and bookings are valid for 28 days from the date of booking. After this period, a new consultation or booking will be required.

You cannot book another appointment within 20 to 40 days of your last appointment. If an exception is made, a 5% charge will apply.

Age Restrictions

No treatments are available for individuals under 18 years of age, even with parental consent.

We require proof of age (ID) if necessary before proceeding with treatment.

Payments, Deposits & Refunds

All treatments must be prepaid at the time of booking.

Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe.

Prepaid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase. After this period, the payment is forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid losing your deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.

No-shows will result in a full charge for the missed appointment, and future bookings may require full prepayment.

Treatment Results & Liability

The outcome of treatments varies from patient to patient. Results depend on various factors, including skin type, lifestyle, and medical history.

We do not guarantee specific results or how quickly they will appear.

You must follow all aftercare instructions provided to achieve the best possible outcome.

Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve desired results.

Medical History & Consent

You must provide complete and accurate medical history before treatment.

If you fail to disclose a relevant medical condition, we reserve the right to refuse treatment or stop the procedure.

We may require GP clearance or a patch test before certain treatments.

Photography & Copyright

Before and after photos may be taken as part of your treatment records.

These photos are confidential and will not be used without your written consent.

If you consent to photos being used for marketing, training, or educational purposes, Aesthetic UK reserves the full copyright and ownership of these images.

You are not permitted to edit, alter, or reproduce Aesthetic images or branding without permission.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We take complaints very seriously and will follow UK industry guidelines in resolving them.

All complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@aestheticuk.co.uk.

We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a resolution or update within 21 days.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal, medical, and financial data is kept strictly confidential in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.

We do not share or sell client information to third parties.

Clinic Policies

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable for a procedure.

Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

clients who do not follow post-treatment care instructions may be refused future treatments.

Product Sales & Returns

Skincare products and aftercare items are non-refundable once opened due to hygiene reasons.

If you have an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us immediately for advice.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Aesthetic UK reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on our website and apply immediately.
